Garage Sale Finds... And a Great Trash Pile

Who likes to go garage saleing? Is that a stupid question? I thought so. Cause really the question is, who doesn't like to go garage saleing?! Well I definitely love it. And just the other weekend I was out and about, and came across a couple of neat little finds.

E.A.T. Metallic Letters DIY

Pin It Eat. Three little letters that all Americans are probably a little too fond of (including myself). But who doesn't love to eat?! Well, I have these shelves in my kitchen that I recently put up. You can go here for the tutorial on how I did the shelves. So anyways, I made these shelves, and then I needed stuff to put on my shelves. So I decided I wanted to try out the faux metal letters that I've been seeing all over Pinterest, like here from Life as a Thrifter.

Chore Chart Printable

Pin It So me and the hubs argue quite a bit over who is going to do what chores. Now, I do the majority of the chores since I stay at home with our 9 month old... But he doesn't get off scott free. He helps out by doing a few things around the house... Mostly those things that I prefer not to do, like mow the lawn, change the diaper genie, pooper scoop the backyard, etc. Yes, he gets the majority of the poopy duty... ;). I finally got fed up with the arguing over what needs to be done, and when I saw this over at Brown Paper Packages, which by the way is one of my absolute FAVORITE blogs, I had to make my own.
